Pizza Rolls:
- 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 20–25 slices pepperoni (or toppings of choice)
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Garlic Parmesan Butter:
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12×14 inches).
- Add Toppings: Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Add pepperoni slices evenly across the surface.
- Roll & Slice: Starting from the long side, roll the dough into a tight log. Use a sharp knife to slice into 12 even rolls.
- Arrange & Bake: Place rolls cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Make Garlic Parmesan Butter: While rolls bake, stir melted butter, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese together.
- Brush & Serve: Immediately after baking, brush rolls with garlic Parmesan butter and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
