  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (for balance, optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Ground Beef:

    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
    • Add the diced onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
    • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula (about 5–7 minutes). Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Add Cabbage and Seasonings:

    • Stir in the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    • Add the shredded cabbage and mix well.
  • Simmer Until Tender:

    • Pour in the soy sauce (or Worcestershire sauce) and apple cider vinegar.
    • Cover and cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage softens but still has a slight crunch.
  • Serve and Garnish:

    • Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
