  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the diced onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  • Add the minced garlic and ground beef. Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking the meat apart with a spatula until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
  • Season the beef with salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to combine.
  • Prepare the Eggs: In a small bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Push the beef mixture to one side of the skillet and pour the eggs into the empty space.
  • Gently scramble the eggs, stirring occasionally until they are fully cooked but still soft. Then, mix the eggs with the ground beef.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
